Grant applications are now open for non-profits serving children in these counties; Polk, Sarasota, Manatee, Highlands, Hillsborough, and DeSoto. The grants are reviewed at the end of each quarter for funding in the next quarter.

Project description

Please provide a detailed description of the project for which you are applying. Include statement of needs, problems addressed, description of target population, and how program will benefit participants/recipients.


Provide a description of project goals, measurable objectives, action plans and expected outcomes. Describe the plans for evaluation, including how success will be defined and measured.

Provide an itemized budget for the monies you're requesting for this grant.
