The Libertore Fund for Children, Inc. is a foundation that is managed by a board of directors. We assist nonprofit organizations with grants and donations. We research each organization to assess its effectiveness, cost-efficiency, transparency, and need for funding in order to maximize the value of each contribution.

We are a non-profit public 501(c)3 charity. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent provided by the law. Our Federal Tax ID number is 46-5207111. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free 800-435-7352 within the State of Florida. The Registration number is CH49581. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State.

We cannot give an accounting, tax, or legal advice but work closely with the donor’s advisors if requested. It is strongly encouraged that each donor consults with a qualified advisor. It is the donor’s responsibility to secure independent legal counsel for all gifts made to The Libertore Fund for Children Nonprofit

Gifts in Remembrance

Remember someone that has passed away by giving in their name to help an at-risk child in need. You will be informed of all donations given in your loved one’s name.

Gifts By Wills and Living Trusts

Consider leaving a gift through your will or living trust. You retain full use of your gift assets during your life. When considering this option, we recommend that you consult with your CPA or attorney for bequest language and tax benefits.

  • General Bequest specifies that we will receive a designated sum.
  • Percentage Bequest states that we will receive a certain predetermined percentage of your estate.
  • Contingent Bequest is contingent on some event. For example, you could make a primary bequest for a relative, with the contingency that if that relative is not living at the time of your death, the bequest will pass to LibFund. Or, in the case of your husband or wife, you could stipulate that if your spouse is not living at the time of your death, then the bequest will pass to The Libertore Fund for Children.

We believe that all children should have their basic needs met, but beyond that, they should have a safe, caring environment in which to live and grow academically, physically and spiritually. Educational opportunities that remediate and challenge should be available to ensure academic success. Mental health and medical services for healthy minds and bodies, and ample food and water so they never go to bed or wake up hungry.
