We get to see your gifts and prayers at work every day but over the past year, we went into survival mode. We forgot to share these special moments with you. Today we are taking time to recognize your generosity. Read on to see how you’re helping dreams materialize for our kids at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Polk County.

Through your gifts, dreams are coming true.

Libfund and Lana with the Boys & Girls Club

Steve Giordano, the CEO of BGC Polk, leads 8 clubs across Polk County, from Lakeland to Haines City, Lake Wales to Mulberry he shares his perspective with us.

Your history with us and your long-standing support is inspirational! How nice that you could reconnect with old friends while meeting some new (kid) ones today!

We are so pleased that you see the potential of the JL Saunders club in Bartow. As usual, you got it immediately and saw that our work had only just begun!

And then to award us with such a generous grant, after having to navigate the demands and shortfalls of this pandemic, makes us proud and grateful to realize that you are always looking out for our kids!

So, thank you for coming by in person, talking to our staff and kids, and making us all feel like we are in this together!! Dreams do come true! - Steve Giordano, President & CEO of Boys and Girls Clubs of Polk County

At-Risk children across the state need The Libertore Fund for Children to sustain gifts just like this one. We are grateful to all of you for making Grants and Scholarships possible for our partners like the Boys & Girls Clubs.

In order to maximize the value of every single donation, The Libertore Fund for Children identifies top charities making strides in uplifting the lives of at-risk children by assessing each organization's effectiveness, cost-efficiency, transparency, and need for funding.

We will continue sharing stories just like this with you every month. We hope you’ll continue to extend your hand of support… because every child deserves a helping hand.
