We hope as the year comes to a close you are able to celebrate the holidays with family and friends, reflecting on the memories made and lessons learned as we all maneuvered through difficult times. Before we look to the new year, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you.
Thank you to the many partner agencies we have had the opportunity to link arms with who are instrumental in changing the lives of at-risk children, every day. They provide programs and opportunities that give children and families a feeling of worth and hope for the future, and we are proud to be a small part of this huge endeavor. This year the leaders and staff (truly heroes in our eyes) were challenged to continue their services with less funding, resources and fewer volunteers.
Because of you, our generous donors, we awarded over $388,000 in grants and sponsorships to our partner agencies. Additionally, 13 young athletes received Larry Libertore Youth Sports Scholarships totaling $26,497 this year.

It is hard to put a number on how many children and families have been touched through the grants, match programs, scholarships and sponsorships, but based on the final reports received from our agency network, the number is over 2000 children. We know that these children received quality programs that had proven results and that’s exciting news.
