Grant Reporting:
The Libertore Fund for Children utilizes grant reports to assess the effectiveness of its grants. A final report form is posted on the website and you will receive a reminder that it is due, close to the completion date. It is also recommended that you mark your calendar to submit report. It is due one year from receiving funds or when the funds or 60 days after the funds have been expended. This report provides the necessary information needed to determine that the grant is being used for the purpose intended and to fulfill the Fund’s public reporting responsibilities. Staff is available for any questions regarding the completion of the report forms.
- Final Reports are due sixty (60) days after completion of the project for which funds were received. Reporting dates can be modified for good reasons with approval from the Fund advisor(s).
- The Final Report, including Budget vs. Actual must be submitted sixty (60) days after the completion of the project.
- Reports must be complete and thorough. Members of the Board, advisor, or grant committee will review all reports of grantee forms. Failure to provide necessary information will result in the loss of future funding privileges.
- Provide photographs and supporting data. Photographs help assess the success of a project and the supporting data provides the outcomes in an accountable format. Make sure all information about supporting data is included in the report.
- If any of the report form is not submitted by the due date, the organization may lose the privilege of applying for any additional grants through The Libertore Fund for Children. If the report deadline is not able to be met, you can apply for an extension by contacting the Fund, before the deadline date.
- All modifications must be submitted to the Fund in writing (email is acceptable) before implementing.
- If there are remaining grant dollars after the completion of the project, contact the Fund in writing before submitting the Final Report.
When you are ready to begin the application process, click on Grant Application, complete the application and submit online. Grant requests are reviewed at the end of each quarter in March, June, September, and December.
