Gifts By Wills and Living Trusts
Consider leaving a gift through your will or living trust. You retain full use of your gift assets during your life. When considering this option, we recommend that you consult with your CPA or attorney for bequest language and tax benefits.
- General Bequest specifies that we will receive a designated sum.
- Percentage Bequest states that we will receive a certain predetermined percentage of your estate.
- Contingent Bequest is contingent on some event. For example, you could make a primary bequest for a relative, with the contingency that if that relative is not living at the time of your death, the bequest will pass to LibFund. Or, in the case of your husband or wife, you could stipulate that if your spouse is not living at the time of your death, then the bequest will pass to The Libertore Fund for Children.
